The Longridge Cookery School
The Longridge cookery school, established in 1991, has many different topics throughout the year to choose from; from simple three course dinners to specialised game and fish days, as well as creating sauces and desserts that feature on The Longridge Restaurant's menu.
The cookery classes will take place in the Chef's Table which has been equipped with the latest Kuppersbusch, All Clad and Kenwood equipment. This will bring new additions to the courses; combination ovens, microwaving, and steaming.
The Classes
The Classes start at 10.15am with morning coffee, through to the Chefs Table at 10.30am for a cookery demonstration complete with: helpful tips, recipes, queston and answer session. Then enjoy a talk from one of our long standing local suppliers followed by a 3 course champagne lunch.

We do advise you book early as spaces are limited to 14 guests. Cookery classes are priced at £75 per person, for an up to date list of cookery class themes and dates please see the above list. Also available for team building events by special request.

For cookery classes full payment of £75 per person is required when making your booking, this is non refundable. For private use of The Chefs Table a non-refundable deposit of £20 per person is required.
