The legendary Goosnargh poultry breeder Reg Johnson is honoring Heathcotes by hosting a dinner at The Longridge Restaurant on Tuesday 2nd September. A menu designed by Paul Heathcote and his Head Chef Michael Noonan will showcase some of his famous produce.
