Catherine Hudson, Assistant Manager at the Longridge Restaurant got through to the finals of Young Waiter of the Year competition. The prestigious competition, now in its 25th year is organised by the British Hospitality Association.
Catherine attended the finals at Westminster Kingsway College in London on 6th October where she was required to demonstrate her skills in fine service, coffee making and wine service.
Past Heathcotes employees, both from the Longridge Restaurant have won the competition, Michael Currie won in 1997 and Sarah Cooper won this year
Catherine is only 23 years old so has 2 more years the enter the competition and become Heathcotes 3rd Young Waiter of the Year winner!! Well done on getting through to the finals Catherine!
