Commis Chefs & Chef De Partie get to cook with first class ingredients to innovative recipes. Excellent basic training and the opportunity to achieve up to NVQ level 3, and you will benefit from the latest food safety training. Visits to local producers and suppliers at the Chefs Circle give a real insight in to the food business.
With Head Chefs its all about people, running a team of talented individuals is always a challenge. Input in menu design and food innovation keep our head chefs inspired and a monthly chefs forum meeting where all the head chefs in the company come together gets the creativity flowing.
Front of house at Heathcotes opens up a world of possibilities. As a Waiter or Bar Tender you have a passion for people and love to serve. You are encouraged to create moments of magic and have fun in your work. Regular training and coaching help you to achieve you goals.
General Managers at Heathcotes take responsibility for the entire restaurant team. With a focused management team every area of the business is controlled and developed. You will achieve through your people, engaging staff, wowing customers. Monthly managers meetings with Heathcotes directors, and the trading places initiative where each manager spends a day each month in another Heathcotes restaurant ensure that Team Heathcotes managers always stay inspired.
