Training forms the basis of every day at Heathcotes.

On your first day you will get a great induction where you will learn about your new company, what the plan is and even watch Heathcotes the Movie!

• Bronze - Basic training completed within your first three months
• Silver (service) - SHINE customer service training, Heathcotes Wine Academy delivered by Team Heathcotes wine champions
• Silver (kitchen) - Chefs circle
• Gold - Training day at our flag ship Longridge Restaurant.

Chefs Circle tour of Butlers Cheese, Lancashire

It sounds simple, but there are some pretty unique training events here; There’s the Chefs Circle. We use the best producers in our area and they love us visiting them. Four times a year we do just that and we see great British cheese being made at Butlers cheese farm, how does bacon get the Royal warrant? We find out at Richard Woodall in Cumbria. A passion for food can be contagious. The Team Heathcotes Wine Academy leads to a WSET Intermediate level qualification.
