Heathcotes Restaurants, a 3 AA Rosette and Sunday Times Best Companies 1 Star Award Winner is seeking a Commis Chef for our Prestigious restaurant in Alderley Edge, Cheshire The ideal candidate will have excellent organisational skills and be able to work well within our friendly kitchen brigade and effectively run a section of this busy kitchen. You will also feel strongly about fresh, locally sourced produce and want to maintain our high standards at all times with a genuine enthusiasm for the work and your surroundings. Commis Chefs with Heathcotes can expect excellent working conditions in a progressive, motivational environment. We offer industry leading training initiatives as well as traditional, technical skills such as whole animal butchery, fish preparation and advanced pastry skills.
